完美解决 史上最冤中评经历，内容含高科技成分~~~

大家好，30分钟之前经历的事情，回头想想，真可谓是是奇闻异事，足具茶余房后谈笑的潜质。

本以为，兢兢业业，童叟无欺，逆来顺受的乐乐，是不会和差评或者中评结缘的。。。。。。

周日一买家啥也没说的前提下，拍了店里面的一个土司盒，啥也没说的付了款，发货地址还算清晰，就是名字略显特别，不是中文，据乐乐猜测，可能是一位外籍人士，或者是一个小资白领，不管那么多吧，好好把东西包装好，马上让快递接货。

在快要淡忘这当货的时候，今天看到了买家给了评价，乐乐也不细想，乐呵呵的迅速给买家一个好评，谁知过后看评价管理的时候，突觉天旋地转，眼前赫然一个明晃晃的大黄花，中评，这个看似外籍人士的买家，居然在没有任何交流和联系的前提下，给了乐乐一个中评，评价里面，还很幽默的写了一个“good~”，看这 good后面的那一缕“~”，乐乐的心似乎也快要随风飘散。

木鸡了1分钟后，冷静下来想了一下，看这号的交易状态，买家信用还是0，名字起的是老外名字，地址是一大学的公寓，公寓名字又以国外一著名大学命名，由此来看，很有可能就是一外籍人士，不交流多半是因为不会中文，那给中评很有可能是因为该买家不知道怎么操作淘宝系统，而且极大可能该买家不懂中文。

得出这个结论后，乐乐精神一振，如果这样的话，应该立马电话过去和他交流一下，看看是不是操作上的问题。于是乐乐迅速拨通电话，一阵铃声后，电话那头传来了一个男性老外的声音，果然是老外。。。。。后来乐乐稍微了解了下，是个印度人，他的意思大约是买了东西(后来居然说是表)，但是快递过来后，发现盒子里面东西坏了，更多的在电话里面也不好说，于是我们约定马上上线，在旺旺上交流，于是就有了下面这段聊天记录，乐乐把和客户相关的隐私信息隐去了，其他原封保留。

总的来说，就是一个“冤”字，买家是外籍人，买了淘宝一个卖家的表，结果东西坏了，他曾经联系过卖家，结果卖家估计听不懂英文，没帮他解决，结果他就把中评误打在乐乐烘焙的商品上，超级冤啊，如果不是乐乐主动交流，如果不是乐乐还略懂点英文，拿岂不是这个奇冤无比的中评要陪伴乐乐烘焙一辈子。。。。

各位亲，通过这件事情，我觉得咋们在看到中评或者差评的时候，特别是买家在没有任何交流的前提下给的，千万不要着急，一定要记得积极和买家交流。再有就是，有时间还是要多学点英语，日语，西班牙语，爪哇语什么的，说不定啥时候就用上了。
